West Malaysia 
If product is in stock, delivery is within 1 to 3 working days. Working days include Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah, Labuan)
If product is in stock, delivery is within 3 to 7 working days. Working days include Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

***For products not in stock, we will be able to make a special order for you from the supplier of the item you wish to order. While every effort is made to deliver the items to you within the shortest time span, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery subject to stock availability from the supplier. 


***Please note that delivery charges are based on a single transaction/order. If you opt for partial/separate delivery from a single transaction/order, delivery charges are applicable for each delivery.

Courier Services
We partner with City-Link Express to ship your packages. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm a consignment note & live tracking. You may notice the tracking status might have not updated or slightly delayed. That's because the most couriers will only update tracking status on the next processing day.

Ensuring an On-Time Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule. You can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace or to your friends.

Delivery
Please note that time-scales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the items ordered, and your address. Please allow for extra time for deliveries to outside of Peninsular Malaysia. We cannot accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside Malaysia. Please ensure that you have provided complete delivery address.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two delivery attempts before returning the order to us, in which case, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, kindly contact us within 2 weeks, or else your item will be forfeited.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the item(s) to the address you gave us when placing your order. You own the item(s) once we have received payment in full from you in respect of such item(s) - unless and until the Contract is cancelled, in which case ownership of the item(s) reverts to us on our refund to you in respect of the cancelled item(s). The item(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery of such item(s).
